1. Product Overview
X-Ray Fluorescent Elemental Analyzer (XRF) is an on-line analysis instrument for multi-channel and multi-element detection. In the process of industrial production, the content of various elements in the material is analyzed in real time. The complicated and cumbersome sample processing is omitted and the analysis results are quickly given. X-ray Element Analyzer can participate and guide the automatic control of the production process.
2.Principle of Analysis
XRF is used to analyze the element content in the material by using the X-ray fluorescence analysis technique and using the method of energy dispersion.
3. Product Features
♢Real-time: Online real-time detection, which can give analysis results faster than Single Channel Analyzer.
♢ Representativeness: the measuring device is well circulated and mixed evenly. The results of the measurement accurately reflect the real situation of the pulp.
♢ Adaptability: Measurements are not affected by site factors such as concentration, particle size, gas bubbles, velocity, delamination, etc. Using the normal temperature semiconductor detector, it does not need liquid nitrogen refrigeration and can work at normal temperature. The X-ray tube is used, and the radioactive source is not used.
♢ A new type of nuclear electronic technology and nuclear energy spectrum analysis technology have been developed to perform comprehensive analysis of complex energy spectrum and eliminate mutual interference between different elements.
♢ The working status is stable, the analysis accuracy is high, the reliability is strong, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the software interface is friendly and humanized.
4. Product Parameters

2) Technical parameter：
♢ One analyzer can detect up to 12 flow channels;；
♢ Analytic element species: the atomic number of elements are over 20；
♢ content range of analysis element: typical content is 100% ~ 0.001%；
♢ Accuracy: The relative error of higher content is 1-4%, the relative error of lower content is 3-6%, and the relative error of extremely low content is 10-20%.
♢ Stability: Stability ≤ 0.3%, long-term drift can be automatically corrected.
♢ Analysis time: each sample flow is 1 minutes, and the time can be adjusted.
♢ Analysis cycle: analysis cycle of six sample flows is usually 8 minutes.
3) Sites condition
♢ Flow requirements: The optimal flow range for each set of analysis tanks: 5 to 10 m3/h.
♢ Irrigation water requirements: living water, clean and no suspended particles; 0.3MPa
♢ Power requirements: three-phase AC 380V, normal operating power is less than 4KW, ground wire to ground resistance is less than 4Ω.
♢ Compressed air requirements: Air pressure requirements: 0.6MPa
♢ Temperature requirement: working stream temperature: 0°C～40°C; working environment temperature: -20°C～50°C; working environment humidity: 0%～90%
