Product Description:

The high-efficiency vacuum dewatering oil filter can effectively remove water in various states of the oil and remove air and various volatile substances in the oil. When the oil filter works, the oil to be filtered is sucked into the first-stage coarse filter under the action of external atmospheric pressure and vacuum suction, and the large-sized impurities and metal chips are filtered out through the primary coarse filter. After the oil containing fine impurities is heated by the heater, the oil enters the three-dimensional vacuum tank from the top and is sprayed down through the nozzle. The moisture in the oil is vaporized in the vacuum chamber and pumped out by the vacuum pump, and the oil after the water is removed. Drain from the bottom. The oleophilic material is filled in the middle of the vacuum chamber, so that the sprayed oil is dispersed on the surface of the filling material to form a thin oil film to increase the gas-liquid two-phase interface area and prolong the residence time of the oil in the gas phase space.

Depending on the liquid having different saturated vapor pressures, the effect of vacuum removal is primarily related to the working vacuum and oil temperature. The lower the degree of vacuum, the higher the temperature and the better the water removal effect. The oil temperature is generally around 60 ° C. If the temperature is too high, it will accelerate the deterioration of the oil. For hydraulic oil, the vacuum is generally 600~700Pa, which can reduce the water content in the oil to below 100ppm. For transformer insulating oil, a higher degree of vacuum can be used and the water content can be reduced to 10 ppm. The oil that removes water and gas passes through the oil pump and enters the secondary filter and the precision filter to filter out the particulate impurities in the oil, and the cleaned oil is returned to the system after purification. That completes the entire purification process.

1.Vacuum system:

It consists of a vacuum tank, a vacuum pump, a condensing tank, a effusion tank, and an air supply system. The optimized structural design greatly increases the surface area of the oil in the vacuum system and maximizes the travel of the oil in the vacuum system. The water and gas in the oil are fully spilled. This machine adopts advanced defoaming system, so that the oil filter machine will never appear the oil injection phenomenon commonly seen in similar products.

2. Filtration system:

With three-stage filtration, the suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and extends the life of the main filter. A two-stage fine filter is placed behind the pump to allow the oil to quickly reach a high degree of cleanliness. The filter material adopts special graded-diameter glass fiber material, which can layer and filter particles of different particle sizes, which greatly improves the service life of the filter element. With a perfect filter structure, it can effectively reduce the surface flow rate of the filter material and obtain stable filtration accuracy.

3. Heating system:

It adopts stepwise stepwise heating, and the surface heat load is less than 1.0W/cm2, which will not cause overheating and cause oil deterioration. The oil temperature can be adjusted freely from 0 to 100 °C, automatically controlled, and equipped with a protection device. When the oil intake is too small, it will automatically stop working to avoid damage to the heater caused by dry burning.

6. The structure of the whole machine:
