• Mix hopper: two 5.5 liters capacity
• Freezing cylinder: two 1.7L liters capacity
Electronic control:
• Temperature in the freezing cylinders may be displayed at any point of operation.
• Provides required level of viscosity for servings.
• Mix level indicator and alarm. When the mix out light flashes, the machine automatically shuts down to prevent damage.
Standby mode:
• During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
• Pressure protect function for the cooling system.
Optional functions:
• Gravity feed expansion tube delivers mix with overrun of about 20-30% to the freezing cylinders.
• Counter allows the operator to view number of servings dispensed.
• Built-in air pump: Inject air into the cylinder . When the machine starts, the air pump will automatically run for 12 seconds
• and then turn off. Each take out ice cream , the air pump will automatically start for 10 seconds to increase overrun .
